Here are the official details on The Charter House Scholarships we will be giving away in 2022!
Charter House Real Estate believes in giving back and because of that, we will be giving out (5) $1,000 Scholarships to be used at a school of your choice. This can be a two year, four year or trade school.
Eligibility - Anyone who will be attending a college or trade school is eligible to apply. Your place of residence must be within one of the following counties; Polk, Story, Marshall, Boone, Dallas, Madison, Warren, Jasper and Marion.
How to apply - Send us a letter at Charter House telling us about yourself. This is NOT a scholarship given out because you have great grades! We don't care about what you HAVE done academically, we care about what you WILL DO out in the world!
Tell us your plans for after you finish school.
Tell us how YOU are going to make the world a better place.
Tell us about how you have put others first!
At Charter House we care about that kind of thing. We do that each day by saving Iowa families thousands of dollars in real estate commission. That is how WE make an impact in our community. How will you???

Great time at the state meet! I’m proud of these guys!!! Logan tied for 12th in the high jump! Shuttle hurdle ran well and Owen fell hard in the 110 highs but got up and finished! Looking forward to next year!!! Great year gentlemen!!!!
